PLEASE READ THESE CONSUMER TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY. THESE CONSUMER TERMS AND CONDITIONS (“AGREEMENT,” “TERMS AND CONDITIONS,” or “TERMS”) CONSTITUTE A LEGAL AGREEMENT BETWEEN YOU AND CHULA, AS DEFINED BELOW.
This Agreement governs your use of the Technology and Services (each as defined below) and is between you and Chula.
“Chula,” “we,” “us,” and “our” mean MujuGo,LLC, registered in NY.
Chula uses its online marketplace platform to connect you and other consumers to exchange value with each other. Chula is not a merchant, retailer, restaurant, grocer, delivery service, or food preparation business.
I will be fully honest in describing the food my Givers receive and the cause for which I am raising money in detail. If I do otherwise, I will be fully liable for any and all damages caused.
I will keep my cooking area clean and use food service gloves, hairnets, and masks to prepare and pack the food Givers receive for donating to my cause.
I consent to provide information, if sought by a user or public authority, on where I sourced all the ingredients which I used in cooking the food my cause’s Givers receive and I can provide records to substantiate this.
I understand and agree that any and all actions on my part which could break the trust of a user in the Chula community will result in suspension of my account.
Chula is meant to build up and not tear down communities. Any Receivers who discriminates or treats Givers differently on the basis of race, color, national origin, religion, sex, disability age, citizenship status, genetic information, marital/familial status, sexual orientation (including perceived orientation), gender identity or any other identifying characteristic of a Givers will not be tolerated. Any violations will be investigated and might result in account suspension.
It is important for local cooks to follow all the requirements and policies set by their local health department when operating a home kitchen. This helps ensure food safety and compliance with health regulations to protect both the cook and the consumers.
I acknowledge that Chula is a platform service to connect and I, in my right mind, make the decision to eat or not eat a cook’s food I receive from Chula for my token.
If I feel that a cause is not valid, legitimate, or in-line with Chula’s value of Gifting neighbors, I can report the Receivers to Chula.
Chula is meant to build up and not tear down communities. Any reviews of Receivers targeting race, color, national origin, religion, sex, disability age, citizenship status, genetic information, marital/familial status, sexual orientation (including perceived orientation), gender identity or any other identifying characteristic of a Receivers instead of that Receivers service will not be tolerated and will lead to the review’s deletion and possible account suspension.
